Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Lao national Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce


This Strategic Cooperation Frame Agreement is made in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, P.R China on this day October 25, 2015 by and between:

Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an independent body which represents the business community and duly organized and existing under laws of Lao PDR. Having its registered office at kaison Phomvihance Avenue, Phonphanao Village, Saysettha District, P.O.Box 4596, Vientaine Capital, Lao PDR, (hereinafter referred to as “ LNCCI ” as the Party A.


Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce .............................................. as the Party B.

Either party recognizes that the MOU brings mutual benefit in fields of economy and trade, and the MOU aims that it contributes to further revitalization of local economies in both areas as well as further expansion of common benefit.

Each party is a representative organization in the fields of economy and trade in each area and that takes leading role in expanding and promoting the mutual business partnership.

Based on the above understanding, Mr. Sisavath THIRAVONG, President of LNCCI and Mr Qian Weibing, vice President of Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce , on behalf of both parties agreed with the following clauses herewith;

  1. Both parties shall promote and encourage trade, investment, technical and economic cooperation and tourism in between China and Laos in order to contribute to economic growth in China and Laos.
  1. Both parties shall make an effort to promote mutual information exchange and to create business opportunity in both of member companies for contributing to closer relationship between China and Laos as well as for increasing economic exchange in the fields of trade, investment, etc.
  1. The parties shall collaborate to organize business-related congress, investment seminar, symposium, seminars, etc. and to provide information.
  1. Either party shall provide appropriate support to executives who visit either country.

The MOU shall enter into force on the date of the signature hereof, and the MOU shall remain in force for a period of three (3) years. The MOU shall be automatically renewed for another period unless either party sends a notice at least 3 months in advance, regarding its intention to terminate the MOU.

Two sets of the MOU in English and Chinese languages are prepared as the evidence of the MOU and each party holds one set of the MOU
